Video of talking points: Who is still supporting President Obama?
Explanation of this Stat: Information/Press 5 - Learning To Find GOP Plants & The Fake Anti-Obama Echo Chamber
Left out the fact that 61% oppose ground troops. That said and including the link above I would just like to add that "insurgent" is the same as "rebel". In this scenario ISIS, whatever they are, is the David and WE are the Goliath (or "Empire" if we use Star wars analogies). 30,000 or 100,000 troops in some desert on the other side of the world, with no airbase and means of expansion can never be a threat to the United States Military.

He repeated this 3 times, it's like he wants people to remember this! In that case, what does he want people NOT to remember?
Anyone who is informed and notplaying politics by playing to the base.
We are still reeling from the Bush Administrations foreign policy.
The Great Obama Bull Market will roar till 2016
Yes, it’s time to celebrate. We’re in a historic bull market. GOP conservatives keep fighting the wrong war, against the Obama economy. Meanwhile, the Obama bull market keeps roaring ahead!. And the long term looks even better: Bullish pundits predict stocks will continue climbing into the 2016 presidential election.
Folks, this stock market has been roaring since March 2009 when the DJIA bottomed at 6,547, a painful 53.9% drop from the October 2007 high of 14,164 during the Wall Street bank credit crash in Bush’s last year as president. The S&P 500 also bottomed, at 676, a 56.6% drop.
However, since March 2009 the stock market has been steadily climbing. Over five years. And the DJIA’s made a remarkable recovery, to just under its next big milestone, 17,000. While the S&P500 is nearing 2,000, headed up. Yes, market gains over 250% ... and still climbing!
So what can we expect from the stock market by 2016 and the election of the next American president? More! Fabulous 250% gains so far. And bigger gains possible coming in the next couple years till we elect a new president. Maybe over 300%. Gains likely to favor a Democrat.
Get it? GOP conservatives may have been successful in slowing America’s economic recovery. But the stock market is actually getting surprisingly stronger from this political war. With every Obama progressive move — Obamacare, ERA regulations, equal pay for women, gay rights, minimum wages, stem-cell research, immigration, Osama bin Laden, deficit cuts and so much more — GOP conservatives and the tea party learn little, only hear enough for another attack on Obama, offer no solutions, just opposition.

Our foreign policy is a "mess" that definitely needs a transparent & very public investigation.
Without going into details myself, the economy is HORRIBLE only in the States that watch Fox News because that is what they believe because of GOP created fake news which they market to the American People and then they say 'We are following the will of the American People' but if the American people knew what has been going on in Congress they would demand a transparent investigation (it would have to be a regular talking point or "issue" for people to take action as the media very clearly proved with ISIS).
That said, here is the GOP/Fox-News echo chamber outlined Information/Press 3 - The GOP/Fox News/"Conservative" Echo Chamber
Here is some news with a positive spin (as oppposed to Fox News's negative one) but the statistical facts can't be denied (including what the GOP has been doing).

Aww, thanks!
He is a historical figure as was Bush. (Wow! What a racist thing to say!)
This statement has so much buried in it that I would just like to expand on this for now by saying that currently the ones getting the biggest entitlements in the form of welfare are the billion dollar profit generating oil industries. Why does O Reilly not cover this in more detail?
From Mother Jones: Over the past century, the federal government has pumped more than $470 billion into the oil and gas industry in the form of generous, never-expiring tax breaks. Once intended to jump-start struggling domestic drillers, these incentives have become a tidy bonus for some of the world's most profitable companies.
Taxpayers currently subsidize the oil industry by as much as $4.8 billion a year, with about half of that going to the big five oil companies—ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron, BP, and ConocoPhillips—which get an average tax break of $3.34 on every barrel of domestic crude they produce. With Washington looking under the couch cushions for sources of new revenue, oil prices topping $100 a barrel, and the world feeling the heat from its dependence on fossil fuels, there's been a renewed push to close these decades-old loopholes. But history suggests that Big Oil won't let go of its perks without a brawl

I understand why. When faced with poll motivated politics (Dems) VS lie based politics (GOP), activists figure they have to support the good guy. Not everyone has only the time to watch TV news... only some people, such as political activists, have time to look into what's going on behind the scenes.
So... he's saying that when people hear Obama has low approval rating they like him more? SO Obama gets a sympathy boost for bad polls? That's interesting!
I reported on his last nights talking points here. Reporting on Fox News is, more often than not, a joke.
Here we encounter the crux of GOP politics, i.e. how they see and use power. The Bush Administration saw no problems in lying to the American People about the economy, spending trillions of dollars on unfunded wars, slashing revenue so the economy gets weaker, breaking down regulations leading to the housing bubble and the financial collapse of 2008 which almost became a depression.
The reason Obama waits is because he moves with the polls. The media makes the polls so he can't act till the polls tell him what to do (reminds me allot of Bill Clinton's presidency). The GOP like to both create public opinion and act without thinking out a problem, like when Dick Cheney said invading Iraq would be a mistake (quagmire) but then did anyways and turns out he made allot of money as his oil company coincidentally got no-bid oil contracts in Iraq.
Well, kinda. Having an "Islamic State' made by a violent and vicious group is like a dream come true for GOP/Fox News politics of creating rumor based news to manipulate public opinion. When the GOP invaded Iraq they killed over a hundred thousand Iraqi's and didn't bat an eye and they managed to get there using the uncredible evidence provided by an ex-Iraqi. In the same way they focused all of their anger and echo chambers of 'how awful this is', 'how evil they are' etc. without ever providing a logical National Security reason for getting rid of ISIS. It's exactly how they got us into Iraq, destabilizing it, in the first place... through hyping up small bits of irrelevant news to the situation. Two war time journalists got caught and killed by a group using a shock and awe tactics. If they didn't want to be in danger they shouldn't have gone to Syria.
Simple rule: Only recommend what you, yourself, would be willing to do. I'm fine with flying a jet to kill ISIS myself but not as a ground troop. Every GOP guy that wants ground troops should volunteer a family member to be on the front lines... only then should we consider these chicken hawks seriously.

True. The ones that should most concern us are the ones creating echo chambers of lies.
That's right. Being hard on terrorists abroad may be necessary in our new age of inter-connectivity but it shouldn't take the place of being hard on terrorists here at home. We should be defending the Nation against "all enemies foreign and domestic". Simply being white and rich should not give anyone a free pass from the laws of the nation.
Well, Democrats are really good at sitting it out, especially when the GOP media begins it's bullying.
Note: On the 12th, 13th & 14th, Bill wasn't on also, I'm answering a few of his lies/smears/manipulations every show as otherwise these posts take way too much time to put together
Fighting to Win Against ISIS - Sep. 15, 2014 - 6:28 - Talking Points 9/15
WSJ is owned by Rupert Murdoch & given how many people are helping Traitor Inc. (my pet name for GOP/FoxNews) in NBC, this poll can't be trusted. Not to mention the fact that the media can swing polls in any direction they wish, given enough preparation time.
Lets not beat around the bush here. When Bill says 'Obama is not being assertive in using US power', he literally means Obama isn't launching random wars that he himself is starting like Dick Cheney did with his Invasion of Iraq for Oil, was that the right thing to do? No. Was that being assertive? Yes. ... but the best part...
FOX NEWS ARGUES FOR SPENDING ON WAR AS A "STIMULUS" EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO REASON FOR WAR! (so creating a reason for war is right up their alley) The New Deal - Jonathan Chait Jonathan Chait believes the New Deal was successful because it eased people's misery. (05:21):
Notice, above, that Fox News doesn't have a problem with spending for war JUST spending on the American people.
Beheading of some journalist is the wrong reason to go to war. It''s a hypocritical reason to be precise. Journalists died in Syria as well (Americans are murdered abroad ALL THE TIME). The only difference is that the American public didn't get to see them die on video.
I LOVE this part. It's basically saying, 'yes, we know you know this dud is bought but I'm gonna use him anyways because I have a viewership of 87 million world wide and you have a few dozen at most (i.e. Bill's position is that as long as he can get away with outright lies, he will)
This is the guy Bill presents as the "National Media"...
This guy LITERALLY betrayed the meaning of Journalism & Reporting when he pretended Ron Paul didn't almost win the straw poll as did the Fox News echo chamber... and now this same guy is being used to back up Bill's lies. Anyways, he's featured in this "expose"...
This one shows that in any particular circumstance the whole media (MSNBC, CNN & FOXNEWS) can function as a GOP/Fox News/ "Conservative" echo chamber, in this case it was to pretend a candidate didn't exist (one of the ways the media manipulates public opinion & thus "polls")...
Terrorism is a tactic. It can't be made war on. Either Bill is lying here or he is extremely illiterate, uneducated... and just plain dumb. But to help him put it in perspective;
10 worst examples of Christian or far-right terrorism - Conservatives claim that all terrorists are Muslim, but most violent attacks in the US are carried out by white men Non-Muslims Carried Out More than 90% of All Terrorist Attacks on U.S. Soil So Bill specifically wants war declared on those from a Muslim background who use terror tactics, not non-Muslims. Certainly explains why everyone loves Peter King so much! Who is Peter King? Article 1 on Peter King: But according to experts in counterterrorism law, if the tough-on-terror policies King trumpets today had taken effect a few decades earlier, King himself might have been subject to prosecution. Over parts of three decades, from his days as an aspiring politician in Long Island through his early years in Congress, King was one of the nation's most outspoken supporters of the Irish Republican Army and a prolific fundraiser for the Irish Northern Aid Committee (NorAid), allegedly the IRA's American fundraising arm. The IRA waged a paramilitary campaign against the British presence in Northern Ireland for decades before peace accords were signed in 1998. Part of that effort included bombings and shootings that resulted in civilian deaths in England and Northern Ireland. During the period of King's involvement, the US government accused both NorAid and the IRA of links to terrorism. Article 2 on Peter King: "The British government is a murder machine," King said. He described the IRA, which mastered the car bomb as an instrument of urban terror, as a "legitimate force." And he compared Gerry Adams, the leader of Sinn Fein, the IRA's political wing, to George Washington. STEPHEN COLBERT ON PETER KING; As an IRA supporter, Peter King understands the violent radicalism among American Muslims.
Reminds me of:
Bill O'Reilly Defends His Nazi Analogies - Bill O'Reilly explains that he had a good reason for comparing Arianna Huffington to Nazis. (6:47): "Nazi" is Bill's pet name for everyone he doesn't like, so this is meaningless & BTW ...
For this guy war is like marriage. Which says it all. Any military engagement with this guy in charge will probably last forever (hey, isn't Bill saying we should never have taken troops out of Iraq... so Bill is saying we should have staying in Iraq forever? Doesn't that mean he is implicitly saying that Dick Cheney & George Bush lied about the duration of the Iraq war from the start?
Do we need more proof that Dick Cheney lied about Iraq being a short war and Dick Cheney genuinely INTENDED to stay in Iraq forever, watch the following video from 1994 (when Dick Cheney did NOT want to stay in Iraq forever) Cheney in 1994 on Iraq
He says that like that's a negative point about Obama! Reminds me of this word...
The Word - Perspective: There's nothing wrong with the number 2,000. Hell, five years ago we were celebrating it. (3:41) {Compare to the negative spin on the 4 deaths in Benghazi - mind blowing isn't it?}
This is intentional slander against all Muslims as Bill & his cohorts have been doing for years outlined here: The Strange & Unusual Smear Campaign Against Muslims & Islamic States (Since 9/11)
Mr. Obama does not like to use the "Islamic" word in the same way you (Bill) do not like to use the "Christian word" (when your goal is NOT to smear a religion or spread fear, misinformation, slander etc.), it looks bad to the majority practitioner s of that religion not involved AND is disrespectful. Respect is something Bill doesn't care about, lies is his thing;
In the Name of the Fodder: The Fox News rapid-response team distinguishes violence in the name of a religion from the practitioners of that religion -- as long as it's Christianity. (05:17) ...
This has to be the stupidest idea I even heard, though right in line with Bill's smear campaign against Muslims. IN any case the GOP led Congress ducked out of their responsibility as fast as they could and now they are seeking reelection.
A wrong reason to go to war will always be a wrong reason no matter how well the Corporate Media can spin it to rile people up to make them go to war. This isn't the first time I've seen them do this. They did it with Iraq but ISIS is a result of their invasion and as such even I have to support "war" against them. BTW, anyone notice how WW1 & WW2 were real wars where we were all in REAL danger but this "war" is more like a counter terrorism operation than a war?
