The object, whatever it was, was flying high — at least a few thousand feet above the jet, which was cruising at an altitude of around 37,000 feet (11,000 m), the New Times reported. A few minutes later, the FAA asked another nearby flight — an American Airlines Airbus traveling in the same direction — to keep an eye out for anything "passing over" it in the desert.
The confused pilot agreed. And sure enough, within a few minutes, the Airbus crew saw the same mystery object fly over their plane. Video...
Yeah, something just passed over us," the Airbus pilot reported. "I couldn't make it out, whether it was a balloon or what … but it had a big reflection on it and it was several thousand feet above us, going the opposite direction."
Several weeks later, authorities are still stumped as to the object's origin. Beyond these two pilot reports, the FAA couldn't verify that any other aircraft were around. It likely wasn't a "Google balloon," the FAA reported, nor a weather balloon or a military craft.

Brownsville, Texas UFO report to MUFON August 2nd, 2016 (case 78186): "My brother was driving back home after a fishing trip on hwy 48 when he noticed a bright oval shape object moving slowly from left to right then stopping and hovering. The sky was cloudless at that time of day ,you can see the sunset on the background of the video he recorded. The object had a small object that was trailing the big oval object and was absorbed, but was not captured on the video." MUFON report: I left my house in north Manor Texas around 9:58am. Right before I got onto Fm 973 I noticed a large bright white disk shaped object flying from my far right to south over Manor. The object was moving very fast and decending gradually. Then it stopped decending and kept moving south over Manor. I could see it flying past clouds in and out. The brightness never changed color. It was all white. The shape was oval/ disk. It flew over Manor and disappeared south over the hills. About a minute before it disappeared a commercial plane flew over manor going from east to west. The white disk looked and moved nothing like the plane. I have video on my iPhone.
Revisiting the interview with the Navy Pilot, David Fravor, (as seen on the Fox News & CNN interviews in the last post), by the organization he is affiliated with, i.e. To The Stars Academy Of Arts & Sciences, ... notice that one description of behavior matches a UFO video floating around the internet of a UFO caught on camera, at night in Israel at a holy site to all 3 major western religions. First the description and then the UFO video. Notice that the Pilots description comes from 2017 and the UFO video from 2011. No one could possibly have forged a UFO video with a description that didn't come out till many years later;
One couple of the interesting descriptions of the UFOs the Navy Commander gives are; 1. At 3:10 in the interview of the pilot he mentions that the UFO he saw looked like a white tic tac and so they call it the tic tac, and, 2. At 5:56 the pilot is telling us how he was told by a controller. "we've been tracking these things, they've been dropping from 80,000 feet. they come straight down. they hang out at about 20,000 feet... they'll just sit there.. and then when they're done they go straight back up and they disappear."
That's the same behavior pattern the Navy pilot described! The UFO dropped down and then shot straight up!
Here are other videos of that UFO/UAP sighting;
A close up video of the UFO at the Dome Of The Rock in Israel. Notice how it follows the same pattern of behavior the Navy pilot, described, i.e.
4 videos of the UFO at the Dome Of The Rock in Israel that used the same pattern of behavior in 2011 in Israel that was later described by a Navy pilot in 2016 about his experiences with a UFO in 2004!
Another video of a UFO at the same location but during daylight!!! This time the UFO does something unique (unmentioned before). It creates a "smoke signal":
The Chilean Navy released a 9 minute video of a UFO their Navy personnel captured which has defied explanation. It looks like a tic tac on the infra red radar and is barely visible on regular camera but from a glimpse of it I think I got, it does seem to be a "white tic tac"! Also reported on NY Post, Huffington Post and Fox News;
An exceptional nine-minute Navy video of a UFO displaying highly unusual behavior, studied by Chilean authorities for the last two years, is now being released to the public. The CEFAA - the Chilean government agency which investigates UFOs, or UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena), has been in charge of the investigation. Located within the DGAC, the equivalent of our FAA but under the jurisdiction of the Chilean Air Force, CEFAA has committees of military experts, technicians and academics from many disciplines. None of them have been able to explain the strange flying object captured by two experienced Navy officers from a helicopter.
The Chilean government agency always makes its cases public when an investigation is complete, and acknowledges the existence of UAP when a case merits such a conclusion
On Fox News, an interview with a former - Top Gun - Navy Pilot, David Fravor, who now works for To The Stars Academy Of Arts & Sciences describes some mind-boggling attributes of the UFO's along with the description of them as "white tic tacs' with no wings or signs of propulsion;
In the interview the Navy pilot, David Fravor, talks about how fast the UFO could go, "I decided to see what it is, and it was about 2000 feet below me, and I cut across the circle and as I get within a half mile of it rapidly accelerates to the South in about 2 seconds & disappears". The pilot also says, "It has no exhaust, no discernible things of anything forms of propulsion and this thing came out of a dead hover over the water, just kinda hovering around, to a climb up to about 12,000 feet, to rapidly accelerating away in a climb and in less than 2 seconds it was gone and you're talking 50 miles of visibility and you can easily see an object of that size easily up to 10 miles and it just disappeared in seconds." The interviewer asks,"What would be the effect to a human pilot of the g forces of that altitude change" David Fravor replies, "Well, the altitude wouldn't be that bad, it would be the acceleration of the object, um, well honestly I wanted to fly it but you know talking to some physicists they don't think the human body could handle that kind of force..." Finally the interview ask, "So bottom line what do you think this was?" Navy Pilot replies, "I believe, as do the other folks that were on the flight when we visually saw it, that it was something not of this world." Next an interview with the same Navy Pilot, David Fravor, as in the Fox News interview above, by the organization he is affiliated with, i.e. To The Stars Academy Of Arts & Sciences;

The same Navy pilot as in the Fox interview above but on CNN.
UFOs, semantics aside, are assumed to be alien spacecraft visiting earth. The navy calls these UFOs "Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon"(UAP) and have confirmed to the media that 3 videos released to an independent UFO research group (called "To The Stars Academy Of Arts & Sciences") are authentic. This provides the first touch-stone from which it's possible to begin to examine UFO phenomena. Here are the news reports, of the Navy confirming these UFO's, from CNN & Fox News
In the following video Lawrence points out that Treason is only a valid charge if one was waging war on the United States and the United States had declared war officially (like with the Confederates, that the South and the GOP remember with reverence).
Lawrence: Betrayal, not treason, at heart of the Flynn sagaThere was a long discussion during Michael Flynn's sentencing about whether Flynn committed treason. Lawrence explains how the Constitution is clear on treason and that what Flynn is guilty of is ‘betrayal’ of the United States.
Section 3 - Treason. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Treason can only be declared when someone helps the enemy during the time of a declared war. Congress DID declare war on the people who did 9/11, i.e. ANY and ALL people who did 9/11. We went after the wrong people, thus the law is still in play and unfulfilled. Using Lawrence's legal explanation of treason, Bush and Cheney should (and can) be indicted for treason or outright attacked by the army and killed for no reason as the permission is already there, i.e. there is a declaration of war against the people who did 9/11. NY Times: After the Sept. 11 attacks, Congress enacted a law that authorized a military response against whatever nations, organizations or persons the president “determines” planned, authorized, committed or aided the attacks, or who harbored such organizations or persons. At the time, that seemed to mean Al Qaeda and its Taliban hosts in Afghanistan. Thus the GOP is also liable for 9/11 given its years long support of the people who attacked us on 9/11. All we have to determine is intent. If they knew their party did 9/11 and they know the policies they are pushing is bad for the people, THEN we have a clear line of treason. i.e. they aided and abetted the 9/11 terrorists (those in charge on 9/11 including the white house and other top officials) in attacking America on multiple fronts including through gun violence, fake economics (death through poverty and lack of healthcare), and just lying about their goals and state intentions and their positions and words for years (easily determined by lie detectors or their refusal to sit for a lie detector test). Just pure treason. Extract from Declaration of War: Ten Years Later: On September 18, 2001, Congress enacted into law, and President George W. Bush signed, what is arguably the broadest declaration of war in our nation’s history. “Whereas on September 11, 2001, acts of treacherous violence were committed against the United States,” begins the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF),
The President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations, or persons.
Constitutionally, the 9-18-01 Act is a Declaration of War. Congress, not the President, has the power “to declare war,” the result of a deliberate decision by the framers of the Constitution to transfer the traditional war-initiating executive power of a king to a representative, republican legislature. The President, the framers determined, should have only the power to counter attacks on the nation—to repel and respond—but not to initiate war on his own. The President, as Commander-in-Chief, would have complete military authority to conduct war, once declared: he, and not Congress, makes the decisions as to how to wage war, including all matters of military engagement, strategy, tactics, rules of engagement, diplomacy, armistice, foreign relations with allies and adversaries, and policies toward captured enemies (including detention, interrogation, and military punishment—the subjects of so much friction in recent years). The framers’ division was clear: Congress declares wars; the President fights and concludes them.
