Lawsuit Filed Against The FBI For Its Failure To Incorporate Key Evidence In Its Report To Congress On The 9/11 Attacks

AE911Truth.org continues with its efforts to make leaders accept their responsibility to outline scientific evidence to the public and Congress. Note: They have already prepared extensive scientific reports and gotten peer support and even gotten a Grand Jury hearing but there is no coverage of media (or politicians, without whom there is no information dissemination to the public) so this is all unheard of.

Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Join Lawyers' Committee for 9/11 Inquiry for FBI Lawsuit - History unfolds before our eyes as the Lawyers' Committee for 9/11 Inquiry joins with Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth to bring a lawsuit against the FBI in an effort to compel the embattled Bureau to conduct a proper investigation into the events of September 11, 2001.

Legal Newsline: DOJ, FBI failed to fully comply with congressional 9/11 mandate, lawsuit alleges

WASHINGTON (Legal Newsline) – The Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, Inc. and Architects & Engineers (AE) for 9/11 Truth are suing federal officials in an effort to have the defendants fully comply with a five-year-old mandate from Congress pertaining to 9/11.
U.S. Attorney General William P. Barr, the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and FBI Director Christopher A. Wray are the defendants in a lawsuit filed on March 25 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, alleging the four federal government respondents failed to adhere to a 2014 mandate implemented by Congress.
The mandate, according to the suit, required the FBI and an external review body it created to implement what “ultimately became known” as the 9/11 Review Commission to “assess any evidence known to the FBI that was not considered by the 9/11 Commission related to any factors that contributed in any manner to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001,” according to the lawsuit.
“The defendants failed to comply with this mandate from Congress in several ways, as reflected in the FBI 9/11 Review Commission’s Report, completed and released March 25, 2015,” the 44-page original petition says.
The mandate in question was a result of the 9/11 Commission’s acknowledgement that “additional evidence relating to the attacks would likely be brought forward after their report was issued."
“Over the 10 years that followed, significant additional evidence regarding the 9/11 attacks was in fact publicly reported, in some cases as a result of ongoing federal government inquiries, and in some cases as a result of ongoing inquiries by concerned citizens and nonprofit organizations,” the suit says.
Court documents explain that the 9/11 Review Commission noted in its report on page 100 that the FBI’s New York and San Diego field offices “have continued to investigate 9/11."
“The FBI’s 9/11 Review Commission in its Report at page 100 significantly notes that ‘The Review Commission found that the FBI, to its credit, still has the 9/11 attacks and any potential conspiracy surrounding them, under active investigation,’” the suit says.
The complaint additionally argues that “the FBI’s 9/11 Review Commission, and the FBI itself, failed to assess and report to Congress, as mandated, several other categories of significant 9/11-related evidence known to the FBI via reports in the press, via the web, and via public events and/or reflected in the FBI’s own records.”
The Lawyers’ Committee, a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization, says in the suit that it “believes that the family members of the victims of the tragic crimes of 9/11 have a compelling right to know the full truth of what happened to their loved ones on 9/11, and that Congress and the Department of Justice, in order to do their jobs, have a compelling need to know.”
AE echoes the Lawyers’ Committee’s sentiments by stating that the “investigation and education of the public as to the true reasons these [World Trade Center] buildings collapsed on 9/11 [is] an important organizational interest distinct from the general public interest in seeing government agencies comply with the law.”
The nonprofits are joined in the litigation by Robert McIlvaine. McIlvaine’s son, Bobby, was killed in the attacks on New York.
Mark G. Harrison, of Bloomington, Ind., and John M. Clifford with the law firm Clifford & Garde, LLP, of Washington, D.C., are representing the complainants.

9/11 Free Fall 3/28/19: Lawsuit to force FBI to assess WTC evidence

Host Andy Steele is joined by Richard Gage, AIA, and the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry‘s Mick Harrison and David Meiswinkle to discuss the lawsuit filed this week against the FBI for its failure to incorporate key evidence in its report to Congress on the 9/11 attacks.

Parents of 9/11 Victims Take on FBI in Groundbreaking Lawsuit

Host Andy Steele is joined by 9/11 family members Bob McIlvaine and Barbara Krukowski-Rastelli, who discuss their lawsuit against the FBI over the Bureau’s failure to include key evidence it knew of in its 2015 report to Congress. The two parents, along with the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry and AE911Truth, aim to compel the FBI to reconstitute its 9/11 Review Commission and issue a new report that assesses all of the evidence the FBI is accused of omitting — including evidence of the World Trade Center’s explosive demolition.

Trump & The GOP Add 1400 More American Deaths Per Year To Their Murder Tally

I have already mentioned the GOP's murder rate on the health care issue - which was already pretty bad after political cowardice of the Democrats led them them to sacrificing a piece of the population to try and save a small few to please the GOP, while helping corporations with a right wing (GOP Ideology) based plan ; Notice: everytime the Democrats listen to Republicans the county gets worse in some way or another! - now GOP have increased their level of killing citizens to astronomical numbers.

Donald Trump Has Chosen Lobbyists To Run EPA, HHS, DOD, And Interior | Rachel Maddow | MSNBC - Rachel Maddow reports on the industry lobbyists running federal agencies in the Donald Trump administration and notes the irony of Trump boasting at a Florida rally of staring down lobbyists just hours after tapping former Raytheon lobbyist Mark Esper to run the Department of Defense (replacing former Boeing executive Patrick Shanahan).

These rich Republican tycoons don't see any negative externalities to society by thier efforts to give a few individuals an extra buck.

We know from rigorous scientific study ( a discipline the GOP has denied for decades, at this point) that the new levels of pollutants in the air WILL lead to an average of 1400 more American Citizen deaths per year (as per the NY Times). It could be more and it could be less in any individual year, but this is the human cost of a Republican administration.

Trump promises to defeat the lobbyists in his rhetoric while he does the opposite in reality i.e. he gives them absolute power.

Trump Is Clearly Kissing Russia's Ass To Get Good Business Deals In The Future - Clear Emoluments Clause Violation

Trump has wanted to build a Trump Tower in Moscow for ages. Could that be influencing his actions with Russia? This post looks at the possibility of having a President having conflicts of interests on National Security issues thus making him a National Security Risk as Trump's loyalties are to himself first and Russia second (as that's a possible source of income for him). The country comes third at the very least. Clearly, the Emoluments Clause in the Constitution was written for exactly such a circumstance!

Donald Trump Flips Out Over NYT Report On New US Aggression With Russia | Rachel Maddow | MSNBC - Trump flips out over NYT report on new US aggression with Russia Rachel Maddow reports on Donald Trump's curious overreaction to a New York Times story about the United States increasing its cyber capacity against an increasingly aggressive Russia.

These series of screenshots show how careful Trump is around Russia... even trying to change established (world approved) foreign policy. In our social context, this much ass kissing for a foreign adversary, indictates the person has been compromised. Is such conflict of interest the reason for the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution?

Trump is such a risk he's left out of secret information he might leak like a kid trying to impress a parent (or potential business partner). Clearly, Trump makes a horrible leader and horrible resident!

Former Operations Planner for U.S. Cyber Command David Weinstein joins Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle to break down how the President of the United States was left out of plans to attack Russia’s power grid.

Another example of Trump getting rich off the Presidency: Is such conflict of interest the reason for the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution? Could Trump be hoping for a similar deal(s) with Russia in the future?

Donald Trump Shows Why Presidents Shouldn't Be Part Of Real Estate Deals | Rachel Maddow | MSNBC - Rachel Maddow reports on the sale of a Trump property at an elevated price that surprises some expert, though the multi-million dollar deal is less surprising in light of the political interests of the buyer.

Notes:

Trump clearly has a desire to do real estate deals in Russia;

Ruesters: Why an unbuilt Moscow Trump tower caught Mueller's attention
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An intriguing area of focus in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Kremlin’s role in the 2016 U.S. election is a proposed Moscow real estate deal that Donald Trump pursued while running for president despite denying at the time any links to Russia.

The special counsel has revealed in court filings numerous details about the project, which never came to fruition. Further information has come from Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer who was instrumental in the negotiations, in congressional testimony and in his guilty plea to a charge of lying to Congress about the project.
Mueller’s team said in a December 2018 court filing that “the Moscow Project was a lucrative business opportunity that sought, and likely required, the assistance of the Russian government. If the project was completed, the Company (the Trump Organization) could have received hundreds of millions of dollars from Russian sources in licensing fees and other revenues.”
The project is significant because it shows Trump was chasing a lucrative business deal in Russia at the same time that President Vladimir Putin’s government, according to U.S. intelligence agencies, was conducting a hacking and propaganda campaign to boost his candidacy. The project also coincided with Trump’s positive comments as a candidate about Putin and his questioning of U.S. sanctions against Russia.
WHAT IS TRUMP’S HISTORY IN MOSCOW?
WHAT WAS THE TRUMP TOWER MOSCOW PROJECT?
Trump, a wealthy New York real estate developer, had discussed expanding his business empire into Russia for more than three decades. In 2013, after visiting Russia and hosting his Miss Universe pageant there, he wrote on Twitter: “TRUMP TOWER-MOSCOW is next.” The Trump Organization’s longtime partner in the project was Felix Sater, a Russian-born, Brooklyn-raised real estate developer, according to company emails released to congressional investigators.
Trump in October 2015 signed a non-binding letter of intent to move forward with a Moscow tower project with a Russian development firm. The firm, I.C. Expert Investment Co, agreed to construct the skyscraper, and the Trump Organization agreed to license its name and manage the building’s operations. The letter of intent described a building in a Moscow business district with 250 luxury residential condominiums, at least 150 hotel rooms and a luxury spa.

Trump's Plan Is To Lie About Poll Numbers For The Rest Of The Election Season. So, Fox News Had Better Get With The Program.

Trump's reaction to reality and facts is to cover it up and attack anyone who states reality and facts as they are. In this example you see Fox News providing its viewers with accurate polling data and Trump getting angry with the "hard news" side of Fox News for accurately reporting facts like an unAmerican lying dictator would do.

A look at Trump's dictator-like pattern of behavior and what lie about polls he's using for the 2020 election;

1. Trump discovers that he is trailing Joe Biden and other democrats and his first reaction is to cover it up (lie);

3. How The CIA Has Been Attacking Iran Since 1953! Beginning With Bringing Down Their Democracy!

The CIA declassified documents outlining their involvement in deposing an elected President of Iran, in 1953, in favor of a dictator/tyrant/despot. That's 70 years of the US messing with Iran! Can you imagine how mad we would be if some country had been messing with us for 70 years?

The Daily Show with Trevor Noah -  11 Aug 2018 Trevor explains how a CIA-backed coup of Iran’s government in 1953 led to the current bad blood between the U.S. and Iran.

How this all started (in 1953, before the civil rights movement):

Iran turned to America to help protect their Democracy while the UK wanted to make money off of Iranian oil

With the choice of democracy on one side and oil profits on the other, the unaccountable CIA overthrew the elected President of Iran in favor of a dictator!

This was something the CIA bragged about. (Was the CIA an openly rich kid white polemicist outfit from its creation to now?)

After decades of oppression the the CIA installed and helped tyrant, the Iranians took back their country bur with decades of damage already done by the CIA, which only got worse!

The CIA, and thus America, are clearly at fault for the situation with Iran. Furthermore, ANY interference the CIA/America has EVER done in Iran has ALWAYS been bad!

By one count, the United States has interfered in more than 80 foreign elections between 1946 and 2000. And that doesn’t count U.S.-backed coups and invasions. We speak to former New York Times reporter Stephen Kinzer, author of “Overthrow: America’s Century of Regime Change from Hawaii to Iraq.”
