Shariah law means religious law. Any policy/law based on ancient Biblical laws would be the Christian version of "Shariah Law". Applying ANY religious law to regular life from a State level goes against the Constitution. Governor Pence has already shown he is willing to reduce Citizen Rights (whenever they were granted by Law) in favor of religious bigotry which has no place in a modern civilized society. (there are plenty of examples below of the inappropriateness of Biblical law to modern life)
Republicans have been pushing the Christian version of shariah law which is far worse than the Muslim version (judging by an indepth comparative look at their respective scriptures). How far it will go is anyone's guess but the Constitution once attacked in this way will become vulnerable forever. Clearly, the Founders meant ALL religion ESPECIALLY Christianity when they set up law to have a separation of State & Church! For example, is this lawful in a modern sense (don't ask a Republican!)?...

Defies the VERY foundation of free speech doesn't it? But it's how any sort of inquisition takes place.
Here are more Biblical laws which the ancients were very passionate about, if implemented this WOULD be Christian's "Shariah Law". Before you put Christianity before the Constitution shouldn't you at least become familiar with the path of laws we are setting ourselves upon?

The biblical law for rape, i.e payment and marriage (which Paul Ryan has kinda implemented with his 'rights for rapists' law);
“If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, he shall pay the girl’s father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the girl, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives” (Deut 22:28–29).
