Planned Parenthood Ruling Reflects Racial Bias (Or, Maybe, A Complete Disregard Of The Beliefs Of The Right Wing Population In America By People Calling Themselves Shrinks)

Here I just want to point out that the strange approach (which appears to be some sort of unofficial policy) to separate colored people into 'crazy out of control things that can be influenced with just words' while white people can tell the difference between rhetoric and what should be done about it (elect Republicans) by classifying EVERY case of domestic terrorism (as defined by the FBI's OFFICIAL policy) as 'a case of insanity' if committed by a Christian (particularly of the white variety). By that definition ALL terrorists are insane and should be put in mental asylums and not killed rather than destabilizing countries to catch - or create - one..

The rhetoric of the planned parenthood shooter in Colorado was so similar to what Carly Fiorina and the right was using that even CNN had to point it out;

Media Matters Commentary: Chris Cuomo: It "Seems As Though" The CO Shooter "Was Influenced By Some Of The Rhetoric ... That Painted A Very Ugly Picture, An Unfair One, About Planned Parenthood" - CNN's Cuomo To Carly Fiorina: The Planned Parenthood Smear Videos "Were Edited. You Know That"

CHRIS CUOMO: Now, when we're looking with what happened here in Colorado, very often you've said Ttrump has to watch what he says, it has implications. Do you feel any sense of regret about how you characterized what was going on at Planned Parenthood after the attack in Colorado? Because of what the man said, which seems as though he was influenced by some of the rhetoric that was coming out of you and others that painted a very ugly picture, an unfair one, about Planned Parenthood?
CARLY FIORINA: Oh, please, really, Chris? Look, nine videotapes have come out about Planned Parenthood. It is very clear what they have been doing. And in fact, Planned Parenthood several weeks ago made a quiet little announcement that they would no longer accept compensation for the sale of what they call fetal tissue. That's about as close to an admission as you can get. In fact, it is an admission.
CUOMO: That's not what they say.
FIORINA: Look what happened in Colorado -- what happened in Colorado is a terrible thing. This guy is a deranged murderer, and I hope he is put away for life. It may be that we should be classifying that as domestic terrorism, as well. But that has nothing to do with the truth of what is going on in Planned Parenthood. And this is a typical left wing tactic, to try and shut down the truth by silencing people. This has happened over and over and over again.
CUOMO: Miss Fiorina --
FIORINA: Let's focus on -- yes?
CUOMO:  The question doesn't go away. The videos were edited. You know that. The scenes that were depicted-
FIORINA: I actually, I don't know that. There has been forensic evidence of those nine videotapes over and over again. There have been reports that say they are not edited.
CUOMO: Of course they were edited.
FIORINA: It's amazing to me that we're still having this conversation.

---------------

This attack was for political reasons that followed standard Fox News & Carly Fiorina talking points and thus fits the definition of Domestic Terrorism as defined by the FBI;

1. Dear's attack was dangerous and DID violate law
2. It was intended to coerce a civilian population (PP workers)
3. It DID occur in the United States

Clearly he fits all the requirements for Domestic terrorist.

Comparitive responses;
USA TodayPlanned Parenthood shooter ‘happy’ with his attack
DENVER — The man who admits to killing three people at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic last fall told police he dreamed he’ll be met in Heaven by aborted fetuses wanting to thank him for saving unborn babies, according to newly released court documents.

Me: Muslim version of this think they will get "72 virgins" which is simply a mistranslated of "72 raisins (both being crazy beliefs, except for the 72 raisin ones which is clearly allegorical)

Robert Dear Jr. told police he attacked the clinic because he was "upset with them performing abortions and the selling of baby parts,” and admitted to fatally shooting an arriving police officer through a tinted window because he knew the officer couldn’t see him, according to an arrest warrant.

Me: The Muslim version of this sort of terrorist is ALSO agree with the people he/she is attacking!

There is no reason the brown murderers get killed and thier sources of rhetoric are hunted down while the whit murders are declared insane and the sources of rhetoric is ignored. Some say the civil rights movement has already happened. I think it has yet to happen and all we did so far was try and get some basic human rights laws in place for colored people in the States and, hopefully in the near future, the rest of the world as well.

Commentary on extracts from CNN

(CNN) 1. He believes the FBI cuts holes in his clothes and leaves feathers in his home. That Robin Williams told a joke about President Obama, the "antichrist," and committed suicide two weeks later. That President Obama will declare martial law and rebuild himself as the antichrist.
Those are just some of the "delusional beliefs" accused Colorado Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Lewis Dear shared with a detective who interviewed him after his November arrest. Based on those statements and others Dear made to psychologists, a Colorado judge ruled on Wednesday that Dear was mentally incapable of participating in the case against him.
Half of the right on twitter believes Obama will start a dictatorship and that he is the anti-christ. A poll actually determined that a minimum of 25% of Americans think he is the antichrist. It's a common belief in such a large segment of the population, either you hold 25% of America (& Fox News, It's sponsor) accountable or you declare Dear is sane. Also, most of American believes NSA is watching them but they just don't care. Dear DID care. Which is normal behavior for a terrorist/murders (i.e. feelings of guilt)
After two days of hearings in April and May, 4th Judicial District Judge Gilbert Martinez deemed Dear incompetent to stand trial for the time being. The ruling puts the criminal case on hold while Dear undergoes treatment at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo to restore him to competency, Martinez said.
I have no idea how they intend to do this given that these are considered to be normal mainstream beliefs;
In other words, Dear is totally normal, also he is is a murderer or terrorist (if you use FBI's definitions on white people which they almost never do, for some odd reason... Republicans?). Clearly Republican rhetoric often has violent reactions JUST LIKE RADICAL MUSLIM CLERICS (they quote God alot as well ... making the resemblance of the Christian Right To the Radical Islamists, uncanny. They are clearly a part of the same tree/basic-cultural-group.)

From The Atlantic:

Along with the three people killed in the November attack, Dear also injured nine people using, among other weapons, four Soviet-style SKS semi-automatic rifles,according to court documents. Police also found a shotgun, a rifle, and two handguns in his truck. From within the building, Dear also shot at propane tanks in the parking lot, hoping they would explode, the documents reveal. Before the standoff with police even began, Dear approached a woman outside the clinic and told her, “You shouldn’t have come here today,” before shooting her multiple times in the right arm, according to the court documents.

The Problem/Media-Hypocrisy/Establishment-Hypocrisy Outlined:

After last month’s attack on a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado left three people dead and nine more wounded, information about the suspect’s anti-abortion ideology quickly emerged. According to recent reports, the man arrested in the killings, Robert Dear, asked for directions to the clinic on the day of the shooting and told investigators, “No more baby parts” in the aftermath of the attack.
Despite evidence to the contrary, House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) said on ABC’s This Week that he did not believe the shootings constituted terrorism. “It’s, I think, a mental health crisis. I don’t think it would fall under quite the definition of domestic terrorism,” he said, though he noted he would “leave that to the Justice Department to make that determination.”
Others, including Planned Parenthood, Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper (D), Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers (R), and even former Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR) took the opposite view, calling it “domestic terrorism” and “absolutely abominable.”
The attack came just two days after NARAL Pro-Choice America and more than 100 other organizations and providers wrote to the U.S. Department of Justice to ask that anti-abortion violence be officially treated as domestic terrorism. They noted that the legal definition of domestic terrorism includes any criminal act dangerous to human life that is “intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population” or “to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion” — a definition that seems to very clearly include the Colorado Springs shooting.
