i.e. Dick Cheney attacked a country using taxpayer money (by increasing debt) and killing soldiers (I'm assuming each life is priceless), and he did ALL of this for 34 Million dollars. Interesting, huh? Halliburton at least allowed it for 39 Billion which is more respectable of a theft. Maybe Dick Cheney made up for his lack of profit from the Iraq War it in the financial scandal that appeared out of nowhere?
This is what happened after all of the above;
It's like the politicians bought by the oil companies overdid thier grovelling and lack of fining to the point where even the oil company is embarrassed thus leaving extra cash.
