From Being Pro-Child Rape To Stealing A Conspiracy Site's Explanation For His Yearbook Signing... All Evidence Points To Roy Moore Being A Pedophile Who Used His Influence As A Lawyer & Then A Judge To Scare Some Of His Victims & Charm Others Into Silence

Roy Moore accuser on why she came forward now - Tina Johnson, who says Alabama Senate Republican candidate Roy Moore groped her, talks to CNN's Erin Burnett about why she decided to talk about her story now.

Media on the right has given the impression that Roy Moore may not be a pedophile but two incidents play out so obviously that denying them makes ones stupid (or in a desperate election, amounts to about the same thing). The first incident is Roy Moore voting to set a child rapist free based on a local Alabama technicality which by itself can be seen as a sign of stupidity or evil depending on the person. Add that incident to the fact that Roy Moore didn't say anything about the yearbook he signed till much later when he read a conspiracy theory on a pro-nazi type website that used the forgery idea from the Obama years for his certificate for Roy Moore. If Roy Moore wasn't an evil pedophile he would have said that signing of the yearbook was innocent but since he decided to steal someone else conspiracy theory to protect him it pretty much proves he is a bad person. The nail in the coffin is simply the job he had. As a lawyer and a judge its easy to scare little kids (actually, kids are known for being more scared than adults generally). If you happen to be  a pedophile like Roy Moore with power - or the idea - of jail behind you then you could use that power to instill fear in your victims like any terrorist in a hostage situation. If Roy Moore was a school teacher then his pedophilia would have come out sooner but being a lawyer/DA and judge became a technique of fear against his victims. So being pro-child rape + lying about his signing + authority to instill fear in victims = airtight case for Roy Moore being a pedophile the adult public opinion.

The following is the evidence proving the above assertions...

How Roy Moore ruled in past child rape case - Following new sexual abuse allegations against Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, his past ruling on a sex abuse case comes into question. CNN's Jake Tapper has the details.

Roy Moore pro-child rape past: That Time Roy Moore Refused to Convict a Child Molester Who Abused a 4-Year-Old The Alabama Republican has made no secret of his views on sexual assault.

Roy Moore has had a month or so to forget. Last week, the Washington Post broke the news that he sexually pursued a 14-year-old girl back when he was in his 30s. Since then, a total of five women have accused the Alabama senatorial candidate of harassment and abuse.
The allegations speak for themselves, although one case Moore recently heard as a state judge—when he refused to convict a child molester who abused a 4-year-old—sheds light on his backward views of sexual assault.
In 2015 when Moore was chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, he and eight other judges heard the case of Eric Lemont Higdon, a 17-year-old childcare worker accused of raping a four-year-old boy in his care. A local court convicted Higdon on two counts of sodomy, one for statutory rape and another for forcible rape. An appeals court later overturned the forcible rape charge, and the case eventually reached the state Supreme Court.
Eight of the justices in Montgomery ruled that the appeals court had erred and voted to leave the two convictions as originally ruled. The one judge who dissented? Roy Moore.
Alabama’s archaic definition of “forcible rape” requires that the victim fear for his or her life or suffer severe injury, and Moore, a strict constructionist in the tradition of Antonin Scalia, saw no evidence of this in the Higdon case. He wrote, “because there was no evidence in this case of an implied threat of serious physical injury…or of an implied threat of death, Higdon cannot be convicted of sodomy in the first degree ‘by forcible compulsion.’”
In Moore's view, the child was not injured in the course of the assault (at least not according to Alabama’s narrow definition, which ignores the psychological damage and trauma sexual assault victims can suffer), and because the 4-year-old trusted Higdon, he was not afraid for his life.
To show that it was youth that turned him on (and not a woman who happened to be young) notice these trends (i.e. it must have been real hard for him not to try to lower the age of consent in his State even more!);

Roy Moore Was Even More of a Threat to Teenage Girls Than Previously Thought A former Alabama cop says she was tasked with keeping him away from high school cheerleaders.
A retired Alabama police officer told MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell on Tuesday that she had to keep an eye on Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore in the 1980s at local high school football games because he would regularly harass the team’s teenage cheerleaders. Faye Gary, who for 37 years was an officer at the Gadsden Police Department, explained to Mitchell that Moore’s reputation for pursuing underage girls was widely known throughout the community. “We were also told to watch him at the ballgames, and make sure that he didn’t, you know, hang around with the cheerleaders,” said Gary.

Report: Roy Moore Was Banned from YMCA for Stalking Teenagers, in Addition to Shopping Mall The Alabama Republican's reputation as a sexual predator long precedes him.

Alabama journalist Glynn Wilson wrote that rumors of Roy Moore’s inappropriate preying on teenage girls was a well-known by many in Alabama and he indicates another shoe may drop. From the New American Journal (by way of The New Yorker Magazine):
A former prosecutor who worked alongside Moore in the early 1980s told CNN it was known at the time that Moore dated high school girls.
“It was common knowledge that Roy dated high school girls, everyone we knew thought it was weird,” former deputy district attorney Teresa Jones told CNN in comments aired Saturday. “We wondered why someone his age would hang out at high school football games and the mall … but you really wouldn’t say anything to someone like that.”
Sources tell me Moore was actually banned from the Gadsden Mall and the YMCA for his inappropriate behavior of soliciting sex from young girls. If Moore keeps lying, that story will soon come out in a big way too.

The key to proving Roy Moore is lying is the yearbook signing incident, i.e. he waited too long to come up with his forgery excuse... because the conspiracy site that came up with it hadn't written in yet...

Gateway Pundit’s idiotic new defense of Roy Moore: His accuser’s body language was fake Moore’s campaign is also invoking one of the blog’s conspiracy theories that a signature was forged

The Gateway Pundit, a far-right blog that regularly traffics in false claims, continues to sink to new lows in an effort to defend embattled Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore. The blog is now claiming that the body language of a woman who accused Moore of attempted rape was fake and thus she was lying about him.
Moore has come under intense pressure following a November 9 Washington Post report that multiple women say he engaged in sexual conduct with them when they were teenagers, including Leigh Corfman, who was 14 at the time. On November 13, another women, Beverly Young Nelson, reported that Moore tried to rape her when she was 16. She also shared a signature from Moore in her yearbook from that year.
The next day, The Gateway Pundit published a piece, headlined “‘This is Fake!’: Body Language Expert Says Judge Moore Accuser Was ‘Acting…Not a Real Victim.’” The article cited a “body language expert” named “Bombard” who analyzed Nelson’s “facial expressions and vocal discrepancies” in a clip on YouTube and concluded that she “conveyed signs of deception" and was “'acting.'” In the clip, “Bombard” says that Nelson had suspicious “eye movement” -- because she looked down while speaking -- and was engaged in “rehearsed verbal communication.” This analysis is self-evidently ridiculous because Nelson was apparently reading from a pre-prepared statement, which is a common practice at press conferences.
Jerome Corsi of conspiracy theory outlet Infowars, pro-Trump radio host Bill Mitchell, conservative author Dinesh D’Souza, and right-wing radio host Wayne Dupree all subsequently promoted the Gateway Pundit article or YouTube clip. Far-right friendly One America News Network also reported on supposed body language experts questioning the testimony, seemingly referencing the same clip. Multiple fake news websites picked up the claim as well, lauding the YouTube video for “expos[ing] the truth” about Nelson and showing that she was “lying,” as did Reddit’s “r/The_Donald,” a message board that has previously helped push conspiracy theories.
This isn’t the first conspiracy theory Gateway Pundit has pushed in order to “go full truther on the Moore accusations,” as noted by The Hill’s Will Sommer. The blog also cited a random and now-discreditedTwitter account claiming that a “family friend” told the account owner’s wife that “a WAPO reporter named Beth offered her 1000$ to accuse Roy Moore.” One America News Network also pushed the claim, and Roy Moore’s wife, Kayla Moore, posted it on her Facebook page. The blog also tried to discredit Nelson by citing an unreliable Twitter account in order to claim that the signature Nelson had from Moore was forged (a claim Kayla Moore also posted on Facebook and One America News pushed as well). Moore’s attorney Trenton Garmon, speaking on MSNBC, also seemed to allude to the Gateway Pundit conspiracy theory, saying he had an “expert that is going to confirm” that the signature was a forgery.

Previously:
Pundits who question the timing of sexual assault allegations against Trump are just stigmatizing the victims (not to mention the fact that he was a DA and then a Judge and would thus be feared more as it would be expected that he could subvert the law to punish anyone who spoke against him)

Moore accuser speaks to CNN (full interview) - Tina Johnson joins CNN's Erin Burnett to share details of an alleged incident with Roy Moore in which she says he groped her. Source: CNN

Fox News: Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore said Friday that allegations that he had sexual contact with underage girls in the late 1970s and early 1980s was "completely false" and "based on a lie supported by innuendo." Moore made the comments in an extensive new written statement and in an interview on the "Sean Hannity Radio Show." On Thursday, a Washington Post report alleged that Moore initiated sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl in 1979, when he was a 32-year-old assistant district attorney in Gadsden, Ala. The report also included claims by three other women that Moore asked them out on dates -- and in two cases, kissed them -- when they were between the ages of 16 and 18. The legal age of consent in Alabama is 16. "I have never provided alcohol to minors, and I have never engaged in sexual misconduct," said Moore in his statement, referencing a claim by one of the women that he gave her wine when she was below Alabama's legal drinking age, which is 19.

In the radio interview with Hannity, Moore denied ever knowing Leigh Corfman, who told the Post he made sexual advances toward her when she was 14. However, he did not deny dating teenagers as young as 16. "You understand this was 40 years ago," Moore said. "And after my return from the military, I dated a lot of young ladies." When asked by Hannity if he dated teenagers when he was in his 30s, Moore said "It would have been out of my customary behavior," and added that he didn't "remember dating any girl without the permission of her mother."

The allegations have caused an outcry from national Republican leaders, who have called on Moore to drop out of the race if the allegations are proven true. On Friday, the Senate GOP's campaign arm formally ended its fundraising agreement with Moore. The GOP's 2012 presidential nominee Mitt Romney condemned his colleagues' caveat -- only if the allegations are true.

Roy Moore's unhinged "Christian" defense;

LOCKED IN WITH ROY MOORE - Jordan realizes that there's no escape from supporting Roy Moore as more sexual assault allegations surface against the Republican Senate nominee.

This is one of the crazy defenses the "smart" Christians of Alabama came up with. Apparently Mary & Josephs age was relevant despite Jesus being born to a virgin. Either the Christians don't really believe Mary was a virgin when Jesus was born or they are dumber than nails...

The rights response can be summarized as;

Some of the rights excuses are great (except for the pedophilia part... but they are too creepy or crazy to see it that way!);

BREAKING: Nazism Has Been Repackaged as "Conservatism"

Trump Pushes Racist Fake News About Muslims & The Bigots Love It

I've been saying for a long time that the anti-Muslim sentiment in the US is more about race than religion. This Trump incident seems to prove that. At the very least lets take it as one more piece of proof that the anger against the Muslims (generally) is a racist one as per GOP's traditional approach to politics (though they like to play mind games with this one by misrepresenting history).

On Wednesday morning, President Donald Trump retweeted three anti-Muslim videos posted by Jayda Fransen, the deputy leader of the far-right, ultranationalist Britain First political organization, who has previously been “found guilty of religiously aggravated harassment.” Trump’s retweets of three videosattempting to link Muslims to violent crime, one of which has been debunked and the other two of which lacked context, were praised by white nationalists and far-right ideologues on Twitter and by internet trolls on 4chan, 8chan, and Reddit message boards. At least one prominent fake news website also defended Trump’s retweets.
Prominent white nationalist David Duke:
Trump retweets video of crippled white kid in Europe being beaten by migrants, and white people being thrown off a roof and then beaten to death, He's condemned for showing us what the fake news media WON'T. Thank God for Trump! That's why we love him!

Trump may not be perfect, but just think: instead of a president ignoring and obfuscating the problems surrounding mass migration, we have a president literally retweeting Liveleak-style migrant crime videos. Important paradigm shift.
