I Smash The Liberal Media On Their False Narrative Of Trump's Judge Controversy (Chris Hayes, Maddow & Clinton)

Background:

Chris Hayes & The Rest Of The Liberal Media Push A Con Artists Party's View About Trump i.e. That Marco Rubio & The GOP Aren't The Con Artists It's Trump! (Memory Loss?) (Turns out, No. See below)

Rachel Maddow Defends The Friend Of A Mass Murderer Accepted As A War Criminal In Other Parts Of The World That Are Not The United States Because She's A Woman

What Trump said about the ethnic Mexican Judge only seems racist because the early stuff he said about Mexican's was blown out of proportion by the media which I explained in this post;

I Prove, With An Ethnic Spanish Professor, That The Media IS Misconstruing Trump's Words On Mexicans Showing Thier Unconscious Racism.... Using Lawrence O Donnell, Rachel Maddow, Nightly Show & Articles

Here is a relevant extract;
You might well dislike Trump’s words. I did. But let’s not make it worse. He did not say that all Mexicans are rapists. Yet that’s what many commentators did. For example, Politico misquoted Trump by omitting his phrase about “good people.” They said he was “demonizing Mexicans as rapists.” They argued that Mexicans do not really commit more rapes in the U.S. than whites. But that’s not what Trump claimed.

Similarly, other news sources misrepresented his words in offensive ways:The New York Times: “Trump’s claim that illegal Mexican immigrants are ‘rapists.”Time Magazine: “Trump’s comment that Mexican immigrants are ‘rapists.’”Associated Press: “Trump called Mexican immigrants rapists and criminals”CBS News: “Trump defends calling Mexican immigrants ‘rapists.’”L.A. Times: “describing Mexican immigrants as ‘rapists.’”Fortune: “in a speech branding Mexican immigrants as criminals and rapists.”Hollywood Reporter: “he referred to Mexican immigrants as ‘rapists.’”Huffington Post: “He called Latino immigrants ‘criminals’ and ‘rapists.’”The Washington Post: “He referred to Mexicans as “rapists.”
Compare such words with Trump’s words. Which is worse? Writers excerpted the phrase: “they’re rapists,” as if it were about all Mexican unauthorized immigrants, or worse, about all Mexican immigrants, or even worst, about all Mexicans. But that’s not what he said. That’s not what he meant. It was just a remark about some of the criminals crossing the border.The trick for misrepresenting Trump’s words can be used against anyone.
For example, on October 7, at a Democratic debate, Hillary Clinton answered the question: “Which enemy are you most proud of?” She replied: “In addition to the NRA, um, the health insurance companies, the drug companies, um, the Iranians.”
If you do to her what the media did to Trump, then you should believe that Hillary Clinton is proud to be the enemy of 77 million citizens of Iran, plus millions more living outside Iran, including mothers, children, and disabled people. But that’s not what she meant.

Lets begin with on One of Chris Hayes most hypocritical videos as an example (he doesn't put much of these online so it's a rare treat to find something usable or even big from his show online);

Trump and 'trickle-down racism' As Democrats unify around Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump continues to face slings and arrows from Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and the rest of the GOP.

First some context;

We know the Republican party has had racism has part of it's political strategy sine Nixon (it's so embded in the culture it's normal) and they use it all they time, like with Trayvon Martin and other colored people who show up in the media (especially if they are in conflict with the police... I think they are trying to turn the police against the people by making everything they do seem saint-like and everything thier opponents do seem devil-like... same strategy they used with Bush). ON the right this knowledge is hidden because thier base only watches Fox News. On the left this is well know. Here are some examples;

Nixon’s bigger crime: Southern strategy
What Is the Southern Strategy?
Salon on The Southern Strategy
Exclusive: Lee Atwater’s Infamous 1981 Interview on the Southern Strategy (this was the strategy used by Clinton when she did her "super predators" speech)

Mitch McConnell & Romney take honorable position on Chris Hayes list. They want Trump to be more "Republican", like opposing even their own views if they have to to oppose Obama even if they have to destroy the country or just it's economy to do it. Not someone who can considered to be a good source of information. I covered this fake economics of the GOP Establishment in this post;

Introduction To The Class Warfare Being Waged by The GOP & Fox News On America OR "Actual elephants are more useful than the GOP"

Jon Stewart: The Republicans' Refusal To Accept Any Tax Increases To Help America Out Of Debt Is Like A Doctor Believing Strictly In Magic To Cure A Patient

Ronald Reagan's Policies Began The Destruction Of The Middle Class & The Constitution

The GOP have been destroying the economy & opposing their own bills JUST to oppose Obama!

{Debt Ceiling History Example} The GOP's/FoxNews's Primary Goal Is To Do Anything To Win Elections INCLUDING Destroying The Economy If Necessary!

GOP's Economic Theories - Disproven Under George Bush - Continue To Be The Basis For Their Policies PROVING GOP Are An Ideological Party & Not A Reasonable One

(The funny part is that we actually have decades of proof about thier 'biased towards the rich' economic policies which they continue to sell as economy boosting policies when they are actually economy harming policies.)

Trump may not have chosen the best words for this media environment in a general election but GOP Establishment go after Judges all the time like when they make bad decisions and all GOP politicians are out there screaming we have to make the Judge's electable or find ways to remove them while the media chants 'it's part of the constitution baby'. Now of course, this past is not only forgotten it's hard to find on google and the Dems are more focused on partnering with the party that almost stopped the countries economic growth to a standstill because they don't want a reality star to be President despite Reagan being a movie star President which the Clinton emulated by cutting welfare and putting black people in private prison to make profit like the slavery days (so alot of this outcry and it's lack of context has just been amusing to watch, when I can catch a glimpse of it on TV)

Here I just take a quick look through some of the arguments around this "Judge Controversy" and show how the media is biased and using emotionally charged words and arguments to push through thier political choice (i.e. it's basically just a propaganda campaign which explains why they shut up on Iraq i.e. they had shut up before and now it was just too embarrassing to reveal they betrayed the country so they keep colluding together in the most adorable and easy to catch ways that ONLY the media can protect itself from)

What we have with Trump is a continuation of the media's unconscious racist outcry as they ignored all facts and statistics and decided to focus on one piece of a sentence like Romney did with his whole campaign when attacking Obama in 2012.

A location and a person's ethnicity can make a difference in a case, many lawyers might argue, because all Judges are human and thus have emotions like other people. THUS changing a Judge is actually a common request. They may not SAY that's it's for racial reasons but they could be and that's legal because law runs based off human psychology and not the media's latest flip-out. Here is an example;

What Happens if You Want to Change Judges?

Changing judges is a common request and each state handles it differently. Many states allow you to easy change a judge if you request the change early, but make it more difficult once proceedings begin. If an early request is not made some clear indication that a fair trial will not occur needs to exist.
Some examples of clear reasons why a judge could not give a fair trial are as follows.
  • The judge has a financial interest in the outcome of the case
  • The judge is related to one of the parties i.e. brother, cousin, grandfather
  • The judge represented one of the parties as a lawyer in a previous matter
Often if situations like these occur the judge will remove themselves voluntarily, which is called recusal.

Here is an example of a person wondering why a particular venue was chosen when it would clearly be biased (i.e. people in different regions can have different opinions!) - From LATimes;

All attorneys, or certainly all litigation attorneys, know that the most important part of a case, and the threshold issue, is attempting to obtain a judge or jury who will give you at least a chance of winning the case. In the O.J. Simpson murder trial, there was zero chance for the prosecution to prevail in a Downtown Los Angeles courtroom. The deputies, and in particular Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden, did a very good job, but they were dealt a losing hand.
If the case had been tried in Santa Monica, or many other judicial districts, the prosecution would have had an excellent chance of winning. I wonder what Dist. Atty. Gil Garcetti was thinking when he filed the case in Downtown Los Angeles when, in fact, the murders took place in the Santa Monica Judicial District.

What the media did reminds me of multiple studies the, predominately white, media doesn't cover;

Is everybody a racist?The studies just keep coming. Unconscious racism is pervasive. It starts early. And it creates a deadly empathy gap

How can we fix unconscious racism?Racial prejudice has its roots in children’s natural drive to carve the world up into categories. Can research do anything to fix this?

Here is Maddow continuing with the emotional push of the media using an embarrassingly false narrative (as I've shown above);

The GOP freakout over Trump - Nearly two dozen Republicans are condemning Donald Trump for his remarks about Judge Gonzalo Curiel and his Mexican heritage. Hillary Clinton is calling Trump's comments a "racist attack". Lawrence discusses with Rick Wilson and Charlie Sykes.

Here is Clinton joining her parrots in spreading the same view.

Clinton slams Trump judge attack as 'dangerous nonsense' Hillary Clinton, Democratic presumptive presidential nominee, talks with Rachel Maddow about Donald Trump's racist attack on the judge hearing his fraud case and Trump's fitness for the presidency.
