Notice that in the USA the government officials can do insider trading etc. and NOT even have to disclose their financial information... i.e. there are no consequences for corruption! Just like in Pakistan! Only they actually talk about it on the media in Pakistan (but Pakistan has a higher corruption rating!)!

Faced with the grim prospect of being held financially accountable, lawmakers come together and cripple a bill aimed at more transparent government...

CNN: The Most Busted Name In News

The Most Busted Name in News - CNN's exclusive report on an arrest in the Boston Marathon bombing was exclusive because it was completely wrong...

This is CNN?: While other networks used a studio anchor to keep Boston bombing coverage from going adrift, CNN instead went with a sandlot football approach...

Arrest Development - Caucasian Terrorists: Aasif Mandvi explains how the Boston Marathon bombers' ethnic background disrupts the story Americans have long been told about who the bad guys are and what they look like...

Background:

Bush's Legacy: A Bill Moyers documentary exploring how mainstream media failed to question the war in Iraq

US TV News Media: Fox News Echo Chambers

Democracy & Despotism: 1940s Encyclopedia Britannica Films

NOTES:

{News Report} http://www.salon.com/2013/04/22/i_am_not_the_tsarnaevs/ Before brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were even identified as the Boston bombing suspects, the media announced the usual villains: a “dark-skinned suspect,” a 21-year-old Saudi “jihadi” whose only crime was to run away from a violent explosion, and a 17-year-old Moroccan high school track star who attended the marathon carrying a bag. There was also a clarion call from conservative columnist (and sometime Fox News guest) Erik Rush to murder all Muslims.

We now know the suspected brothers were born in Kyrgyzstan, are ethnically Chechen, and lived in America for several years. They are literally Caucasian since their family originates from the northern Caucasus region. Neither of them were dark-skinned, “Saudi,” bearded or brandished a fiery red trident or horns on their head.

Muslim mass murderers excluded from “Whiteness” are usually labeled “terrorist” as opposed to being categorized as “lone wolf,” “lone radical/gunman ” or “deeply disturbed.” The latter applies to white men, such as mass murderers Wade Page, Jared Loughner, Adam Lanza, James Holmes and Anders Breivik.

This raises the legitimate question: What’s the difference between the “terrorism” of the Tsarnaev brothers and the “lone radical” violence of white supremacist Wade Page, who shot and killed six Sikh Americans at their temple? What are the definitions and standards for “terrorism”? Who decides?

Apparently, it’s new media, which covered the police hunt for the brothers as a “Choose Your Own Adventure” novel scripted by amateur Hardy Boys and “CSI” aficionados. Overnight, the world witnessed the birth of a great career opportunity for self-proclaimed experts on Chechnya, jihad, radicalization and counterterrorism, who emerged instantly using Google and Wikipedia to obtain their dubious scholarship.

This includes Chuck Woolery, self-identified conservative and a relic of ’80s game shows, who displayed brilliant, evidence-based, sociological insights with this helpful tweet: “Muslims can’t seem to live in peace with anyone. Even each other. FACT.” He continued his love connections with Muslims by adding, “All Muslims are not terrorists. Most, if not all terrorists are Muslims. Please dispute that.”

Sure, Chuck, I will. In the U.S., 56 percent of terrorist attacks and plots have been perpetrated by right-wing extremists, 30 percent by eco-terrorists and 12 percent by Islamic extremists. The Southern Poverty Law Center recently reported the highest number of extremist hate groups ever recorded in U.S. history, with the sharp rise attributed to massive growths in white supremacist, anti-immigrant and radical anti-government groups. Anti-Muslim hate groups have also increased by 300 percent.

GUN Files: Bugs Bunny, The Ridiculist & Joe Biden On The Gun Debate

Bugs Says "I Could Get Killed In The Country With Those Guns Going Off" while A Car Passes An Inch Away (the point here is that just having a gun doesn't mean death but death is a part of life all the time as a car passes by the same way as a gun passes by... simply owning a gun doesn't mean death  i.e. The Gun Debate 60 years ago at 50 seconds into the following video)...

A gun doesn't just go off, a person has to be there to press the trigger after taking off the safety. In the same way a car can't hit you unless you jump in front of it or the driver intentionally turns the car into you.

The second part covers how Midwestern & Southerners feel differently about guns (in a comedic way) which a life-long urbanite doesn't get...

From looking at this video I can easily say that there needs to be a proper transition for gun owners from suburban and country living to urban living. In this case, systems that pinpoint gun owners can be used by the local police force to send updates on what the gun laws are so the law abiding gun owner can be informed about what to do. (Notice in the video above how shooting mistletoe from trees is normal in the South. It's like having a car. Everyone has one so it's no big deal.)

I covered this split between North & South in more detail here:

Nobody who actually owns a gun would EVER follow this advice (I hope! The training for a gun should be more than experience with a BB gun shooting squirrels!)...

Vice President Joe Biden champions the double-barrel shotgun...

Shooting a double barrel shotgun outside the door is not only illegal it's dangerous. So on the gun debate Joe Biden gets a 50% accuracy rate (so far).

NOTE: I think being able to aim is an important part of owning a gun. It's rather careless to be championing either shooting methods. Kinda reminds me of this...

People seem clueless about Gun Safety. Guns are left lying around the house, kids are playing with them like water guns, it's nuts! Why is there not proper training being given? One day with a gun makes no one an expert and even that is not required in many States.

Bugs Sings A Slave Song In His Version Of The Paul Bunyan Fairytale

Bugs Bunny sings "Jimmy Crack Corn" which may have originally been a strange sort of slave freedom song (well, it was a crime for a slave to escape or kill his owner... so he blames the blue tailed fly?)...

Lyrics from Wikipedia
When I was young I us'd to wait
On the boss and hand him his plate;
And Pass down the bottle when he got dry,
And brush away the blue tail fly.
refrain (repeated each verse):
Jimmy crack corn and I don't care,
Jimmy crack corn and I don't care,
Jimmy crack corn and I don't care,
My master's gone away.
In the two verses that follow, the singer is told to protect his master's horse from the bite of the blue-tail fly:
An' when he ride in de afternoon,
I foiler wid a hickory broom;
De poney being berry shy,
When bitten by de blue tail fly.
One day he rode aroun' de farm,
De flies so numerous dey did swarm;
One chanced to bite 'im on the thigh.
De debble take dat blue tail fly.
The horse bucks and the master is killed. The slave then escapes culpability:
De pony run, he jump an' pitch,
An' tumble massa in de ditch;
He died, an' de jury wonder'd why;
De verdic was de blue tail fly.
The references to a "jury" and a "verdic[t]" imply that the slave was criminally charged: Some sources indicate this may have referred to a coroner's inquest or police investigation, but these "slang" terms were not used outside the context of a court proceeding at the time.
They buried him 'neath the sycamore tree
His epitaph there for to see
"Beneath this stone I'm forced to lie
The victim of a blue-tailed Fly."
In the 1930's (exact dates unavailable) radio series Pinto Pete in Arizona, the following verse is added.
Ol' massa's gone and I'll let him rest,
They say all things are for the best,
But I'll never forget 'til the day I die,
Ol' massa and that blue-tailed fly.
Jim crack corn, I don't care (x3)
Ol' massa's gone away
The modern chorus is as follows:
Jimmy cracked corn, and I don't care
Jimmy cracked corn, and I don't care
Jimmy cracked corn, and I don't care
My trouble's gone away.

The Bugs Bunny cartoon above is set in the folk fairytale of the USA called Paul Bunyan, this cartoon is a more accurate version of the story:

Mel-O-Toons sometimes erroneously called "Mello Toons", was a series of animated cartoons produced in 1960 by New World Productions and syndicated by United Artists. It featured various folk tales, Greco-Roman myths, Biblical stories, some original stories by author Thornton Burgess, classic stories, even adaptations of classical music and ballet. The soundtracks were often taken from existing children's records, licensed from the original labels. 104 cartoons, each about 6 minutes long, were produced in limited animation. -From Wikipedia

"...and for a fire yearned, So he turned Rome to ashes and fiddled whiled it burned!" --Bugs Bunny

Audio Book: The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire Vol. I by Edward Gibbon

The History of The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, a major literary achievement of the 18th century published in six volumes, was written by the celebrated English historian Edward Gibbon. Volume I was published in 1776, and went through six printings (a remarkable feat for its time). Volumes II and III were published in 1781; volumes IV, V, VI in 1788-89. The original volumes were published as quartos, a common publishing practice of the time. The books cover the period of the Roman Empire after Marcus Aurelius, from just before 180 to 1453 and beyond, concluding in 1590. They take as their material the behaviour and decisions that led to the decay and eventual fall of the Roman Empire in the East and West, offering an explanation for why the Roman Empire fell.Gibbon is sometimes called the first "modern historian of ancient Rome." By virtue of its mostly objective approach and highly accurate use of reference material, Gibbon's work was adopted as a model for the methodologies of 19th and 20th century historians. Basics of Body Language and Lie Detection

One thing that is common in all people all across the world is body language. Yes, there are a few cultural differences (the most interesting one being the culture that nods for "no"), however, most cultures and societies use body language so similar (or identical) that simple cartoon images can be understood by almost everyone on the planet with any basic observational skills towards other people.

Over the decades the research in body language has gone from the naive to the highly sophisticated... to a point where a proper investigator in body language uses a variety of tools in lie detection as any one piece of evidence could be wrong (for various reasons). [ Learn more about body language basics from Psychology Today]

How to Spot a Liar - From Time Magazine

Few things are easier than telling a lie, and few things are harder than spotting one when it's told to us. We've been trying to suss out liars ever since Cain fibbed to God about murdering Abel. While God was not fooled--hearing the blood of Abel crying out from the land--the rest of us do not have such divine lie-detection gifts.

But that doesn't mean we're not trying. In the post-9/11 world, where anyone with a boarding pass and a piece of carry-on is a potential menace, the need is greater than ever for law enforcement's most elusive dream: a simple technique that can expose a liar as dependably as a blood test can identify DNA or a Breathalyzer can nail a drunk. Quietly over the past five years, Department of Defense agencies and the Department of Homeland Security have dramatically stepped up the hunt. Though the exact figures are concealed in the classified "black budget," tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars are believed to have been poured into lie-detection techniques as diverse as infrared imagers to study the eyes, scanners to peer into the brain, sensors to spot liars from a distance, and analysts trained to scrutinize the unconscious facial flutters that often accompany a falsehood.

At last they may be getting somewhere. Next month No Lie MRI of San Diego, a beneficiary of some of that federal largesse, will roll out a brain-scan lie-detection service it is marketing to government and industry. Another company, Cephos of Pepperell, Mass., hopes to follow within a few years.

The following is an introduction to the science of lie detection...

(Note: Keep in mind that experts can also train people to minimize the possibility of lie detection by coaching them on how to hold their bodies and what kind of language to use. It is possible to trip these people by throwing in a question they are not prepared for watching for the signs of a lie. However, this can only be done by experts, whether professional or not. The key is to look for CLUSTERS of behaviour patterns that fit the definitions of lying/deception.)

More details;

Extract 1:

• Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements. Hand, arm and leg movement are toward their own body the liar takes up less space.

• A person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact.

• Hands touching their face, throat & mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand.

Emotional Gestures & Contradiction: how to see a fake smile

• Timing and duration of emotional gestures and emotions are off a normal pace. The display of emotion is delayed, stays longer it would naturally, then stops suddenly.

• Timing is off between emotions gestures/expressions and words. Example: Someone says "I love it!" when receiving a gift, and then smile after making that statement, rather then at the same time the statement is made.

• Gestures/expressions don’t match the verbal statement, such as frowning when saying “I love you.”

• Expressions are limited to mouth movements when someone is faking emotions (like happy, surprised, sad, awe, )instead of the whole face. For example; when someone smiles naturally their whole face is involved: jaw/cheek movement, eyes and forehead push down, etc.

Extract 2:

A micro expression is a momentary involuntary facial expression -- that people unconsciously display when they are hiding an emotion. They are quick & intense expressions of concealed emotion.

The main points to remember are that micro expressions are:

Brief - Micro-expressions can appear then disappear off the face in a fraction of a second. In other words micro-expressions occur so quickly, that most people don't even notice them.

Extract 3:

Statement Analysis is the process of analyzing a person’s words to determine if the subject is being truthful or deceptive. The reason these techniques work is because people’s words will betray them.

There are usually several ways you can phrase a statement. People will always word their statement based on all their knowledge. Therefore, their statement may include information they did not intend to share.

It is nearly impossible to give a lengthy deceptive statement without revealing it is a lie.

Extract 4:

Can the direction a person's eyes reveal whether or not they are making a truthful statement? Short answer: sort of. But, it isn't as simple as some recent television shows or movies make it seem.

Above image represents all the directions your eyes move when processing information.

(Both of the above images are from here.)

To detect a lie, on a right handed person, you look for the person looking 'up and to the right' in response to a question about the past event under scrutiny. This means he is imagining or constructing an image, i.e. it is a lie. This direction is the opposite for a left-handed person, i.e. for a left handed looking up and to the left is a lie in response to a question about a past event. [Note: because of the intricacies of eye movements it is important to catch the person on several questions to confirm accuracy, especially as a beginner in this science.]

In the video below an expert on body language provides some tips on detecting lies through a method discovered by the founders of NLP called, "Eye Accessing Cues".

FBI Agent Explains How To Spot Liars

Mechanical Lie Detection Methods:

1. New emotion detector can see when we're lying
A sophisticated new camera system can detect lies just by watching our faces as we talk, experts say. The computerised system uses a simple video camera, a high-resolution thermal imaging sensor and a suite of algorithms. Researchers say the system could be a powerful aid to security services. It successfully discriminates between truth and lies in about two-thirds of cases, said lead researcher Professor Hassan Ugail from Bradford University. The system, developed by a team from the universities of Bradford and Aberystwyth in conjunction with the UK Border Agency, was unveiled today at the British Science Festival in Bradford. This new approach builds on years of research into how we all unconsciously, involuntarily reveal our emotions in subtle changes of expression and the flow of blood to our skin.

2. Lie detector uses heat cameras to detect the truth

British scientists have developed a new lie detection test using a heat camera that records the flow of blood around the eyes.

The researchers then combine results with a computer programme which monitors tiny changes in facial expressions

A preliminary study involving 40 volunteers found the system to be 70% accurate in identifying liars.
Nick Higham spoke to scientists behind the test at Bradford University.

3. How Lie Detectors Work

For more than 15 years, Robert Hanssen led a double life. In one life he was a 25-year veteran with the Federal Bureau of Investigation  (FBI) who had access to some of the nation's most-classified information. In his other life, he allegedly was spying for the Russian government. Hanssen's deception was finally discovered, and in February 2001 he was arrested and later pled guilty to 15 espionage-related charges. Spies are probably the world's best liars, because they have to be, but most of us practice deception on some level in our daily lives, even if it's just telling a friend that his horrible haircut "doesn't look that bad."

People tell lies and deceive others for many reasons. Most often, lying is a defense mechanism used to avoid trouble with the law, bosses or authority figures. Sometimes, you can tell when someone's lying, but other times it may not be so easy. Polygraphs, commonly called "lie detectors," are instruments that monitor a person's physiological reactions. These instruments do not, as their nickname suggests, detect lies. They can only detect whether deceptive behavior is being displayed.

Using the above devices combined with the information of human biology and eye accessing cues (and clever questioning with a video camera present in addition to the heat sensors), lie detection should become pretty accurate. Then some proper evidence, a motive and lie detection results with a variety of independent experts... and you could have an air-tight case for a lie.

Glenn Beck's Hypnosis Exposed Using "Hypnotize" By System Of A Down & "Hitler's Children" by Walt Disney

Background: "The Emergence Of The Corporate Oil War Economy In The USA (Proven Mostly In Cartoons!)"http://www.culturesocietyblog.com/2013/03/the-emergence-of-corporate-oil-war.htm

Hypnotize...

System of a down - hypnotize from aysa on Vimeo.

"Propaganda made you buy it"...

Background for how propaganda works:

Bush's Legacy: A Bill Moyers documentary exploring how mainstream media failed to question the war in Iraq

US TV News Media: Fox News Echo Chambers

Breaking Down Society & Social Structures Leads To Anarchy AND Violence

Democracy & Despotism: 1940s Encyclopedia Britannica Films

Here is an example of using hypnosis through entertainment television:

It is because of "News" entertainment rhetoric by shock jocks like Glenn Beck that he can say pretty much what he wants and get away with it without any media scrutiny: GOP/Tea-Party Nonsense In A Nutshell: Outsiders are "Nazis"

CIA analyst Michael Scheuer nonchalantly proposes the needless slaughter of Americans to further his national security plan on "Glenn Beck." (AND GLENN BECK AGREES WITH!)

By the way... notice that he's using entertainment hypnosis - like the way cartoons work - to pretend his interpretation of Road to Serfdom is accurately portrayed by him and not some decoy, i.e. it's actually the GOP & NOT Liberals that are the "Nazis" i.e. fundamentalism sticking to their uninformed beliefs without any investigation. As for calling Liberals Nazis? Standard mirror tactic(pretending the other IS what you are and hiding behind that). I covered this book in more detail in this post.

Hitlers Children (are the parallels coincidence)...

NOTES:

At  1 min 30 secs  encouragement to have more children as they are needed for the army.

The book changed to "Road to Serfdom", most recently.

The rest of the cartoon explains how the basic education of a Nazi child works. Notice the parallels with GOP rhetoric here: Ducktators: An Ancient Cartoon With Modern Lessons   i.e. guilt and shame are combined with anger to train a Nazi-Child /GOP-Adult.

Notice the similarities between Hitler's Nazi policies and modern GOP policies? Here is a visual representation...

TACTIC GLENN BECK IS USING FOR MIND CONTROL EXPLAINED:

 What Is Mind Control?

Many people often think that hypnosis can used to control minds. I have shown in an earlier article the hypnosis cannot control minds. It can however be very useful in influencing minds and is used extensively in advertising in combination with the techniques of NLP (which I will write about later).

The question that invariable arises in everyone’s mind is whether mind control possible at all? If so how?

Mind control can be done in 2 ways; with authority and fear.

If you are told something by someone whose authority you simply cannot question then you will believe what you are told without any investigation or skepticism. That is a form of mind control.

    Here are 2 examples;

Your religious leader interprets a verse of your holy book and you believe the interpretation given to you without seeking to understand it yourself then that is a form of mind control.

Your political leader tells you what he/she thinks is the reality of a situation and you believe it without question or investigation. This is also a form of mind control. – This can also manifest in a different way. You may not trust your countries political leader but you do trust the political views of favorite talk show host or news channel. If you believe what your news channel host tells you without question or investigation, once again you are under the influence of mind control.

In short mind control through authority works if any view an authority figure is accepted without question or investigation. Note: Getting angry at a point of view isn’t questioning/investigating the view it is ‘reacting emotionally’ to a viewpoint.

The next way of mind control is through fear.

If someone points a gun at you and commands you to lay down and you do (which is the sensible thing to do). That is instant mind control through fear. This is a more overt form of mind control but just as effective. Works just as well if a big country points a big weapon at a small country (big in land or military might).

If a political or religious leader paints another group of people as evil and that they will destroy you then they have a twofold mind control effect. First there is the fear of the ‘evil’ group and the fear that they will be attacked by the ‘evil group’. Then there is the authority effect of believing the leader with little or no investigation.

Fear combined with authority to issue commands and orders is the most powerful method of controlling minds as the authority removes the ability to question and the fear spurs the sheep to action. Perfect mind control.

Hypnosis by itself is just a state of highly focused attention and if any suggestions are made that go against the subject’s belief system then the person will snap out of it.

If a state of highly focused attention is created with fear and authority then the situation is markedly different. A person will naturally want to avoid the object of fear – often without question whether the fear is justified – and then turn to an authority figure for guidance. If the authority figure lacks morals then we have a dangerous situation of mass mind control.

With a hypnotist a person is already a little wary because of the popular conception of hypnosis as mind control. This wariness makes it impossible to exert the level of authority and/or fear needed for mind control. With a trusted authority figure there is no caution and suggestions/ideas/beliefs can be installed directly into the subjects unconscious.

Also, a person with authority and the ability to induce fear in his/her subjects has no need for the techniques and knowledge of hypnosis. Techniques of influence are not needed when you can shut down the ability to reason with a simple statement.

In other words, your strong emotions can be used by others with rhetoric. These people can be honourable or dishourable in nature. An honourable one is like a good teacher who helps you get started on a career. A dishonourable one is like a politician who lies for his and his buddies benefit.

Congress IS Intentionally Passing Bad Laws To Cause Chaos & Death for Profit

First, an an introduction, learn how GOP-Congress makes it's money...

Recently, Jon Stewart  mocked Congress for their in your face hypocrisy...
The government investigates trading on non-public information -- unless members of Congress are doing it!

And...

How do you distract people from the fact that you're making money off of their misery?... and are engaged in activities that led to economic disaster? Answer: You blame a scapegoat.

Scapegoat: Occupy Wall Street
From The Guardian: The shocking truth about the crackdown on Occupy "No 3 was the most clarifying: draft laws against the little-known loophole that currently allows members of Congress to pass legislation affecting Delaware-based corporations in which they themselves are investors."

The truth about violence at Occupy

In Oakland, the camp coincided with a significant drop in crime. But that wasn't the story we were told

The most important direct violence Occupy faced was, of course, from the state, in the form of the police using maximum sub-lethal force on sleepers in tents, mothers with children, unarmed pedestrians, young women already penned up, unresisting seated students, poets, professors, pregnant womenwheelchair-bound occupiers and octogenarians. It has been a sustained campaign of police brutality from Wall Street to Washington State the likes of which we haven’t seen in 40 years.
But it all began with the fountain pens, slashing through peoples’ lives, through national and international economies, through the global markets. These were wielded by the banksters, the “vampire squid,” the deregulators in D.C., the men — and with the rarest of exceptions they were men — who stole the world.
That’s what Occupy came together to oppose, the grandest violence by scale, the least obvious by impact. No one on Wall Street ever had to get his suit besmirched by carrying out a foreclosure eviction himself. Cities provided that service for free to the banks (thereby further impoverishing themselves as they created new paupers out of old taxpayers).  And the police clubbed their opponents for them, over and over, everywhere across the United States.
The grand thieves invented ever more ingenious methods, including those sliced and diced derivatives, to crush the hopes and livelihoods of the many. This is the terrible violence that Occupy was formed to oppose. Don’t ever lose sight of that.

The above image is from her... "The Senate Banking Committee quizzes JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon on the efficacy of Dodd-Frank and measures he would take to prevent future catastrophic bank losses"

Moment Of Zen On Congress (i.e. intentionally messing up the Governmental structure written in the US Constitution that was designed for "We The People" by spending money on bad investments - Congress is EXTREMELY corrupt and Obama refuses to investigate anyone but Florida over "Non-Us Citizens"!!!)

1. "Long before the meltdown, one woman tried to warn about a threat to the financial system..."  - 29 minutes 10 seconds- "this deregulated market is part of the reason we are having this boom" Alan Greenspan

2. (see 1 minute 30 seconds into video: Paulson requires no oversight or accountability from Congress)

3. Then Congress did some grandstanding while they didn't even attach requirements to the money they gave in the bail outs...

A Bloomberg report reveals that the U.S. government loaned banks $7.7 trillion in secret bailout funds at no interest and then borrowed the money back at interest.

The Bloomberg Report referred to above: Secret Fed Loans Gave Banks $13 Billion Undisclosed to Congress

The Monsanto Protection Act shows that the laws of the most powerful nation on Earth are written with the same level of accountability as Internet comments...

"Let the record show that on January 16, 2012, the good people of South Carolina booed the Golden Rule." ― Jon Stewart. Indecision 2012

Notice that the rhetoric the GOP is using (at 3 mins and 15 secs -approx) is towards creating civil war while basic moral values such as "The Golden Rule" is being booed. This sort of crazy behavior is basically "Tea Party". The Tea Party is funded by the Koch Brothers and Newt Gingrich helped create it (It used to be Ron Pau's but it isn't anymore).

Another example of creating fear through paranoia: Whistling to set off a nuclear bomb (from a movie? I remember this scene) ...and getting solitary confinement (unusually harsh and nonsensical punicshment cause if that's possible we have a bigger problem than this one guy).
